To reserve a unit:
* Verify that the unit you are interested in is available.
* E-mail us at sunsetbeach24c@gmail.com or text at 937.477.8344.
* State your arrival/departure dates, number of people in your party and number of bedrooms needed. Even though a unit is pet friendly, all pets must be approved in advance.
* You must be at least 21 years of age or married to rent one of our condos.
For reservations, we will e-mail your rental agreement, which will contain all payment requirements.Your reservation is confirmed after you have paid your deposit. We accept PayPal, CashApp, and personal checks.
